What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a guide you buy before it is printed. You pay when you place the order, and we dispatch on the release date shown on the guide page, not on the day you ordered. You can cancel at any time before dispatch by writing to hi@loudetudes.com and we refund you in full.

When does the San Francisco guide come out?

The release date is on the guide page. Pre-orders leave us from that date, in the order they came in.

Can I collect my order in Prague?

Yes. Choose Pickup instead of Ship at checkout. Collection is free, at Jaurisova 515/4, Praha 4. We email you when the order is ready; write to hi@loudetudes.com to agree a time and bring your confirmation email.

How much is shipping?

One charge per order, whatever is in it: 150 CZK within the Czech Republic, 22 USD to the rest of Europe, 45 USD to the rest of the world. The exact amount, in your currency, is shown at checkout before you pay. Every parcel is tracked.

Will I pay customs or import tax?

Not inside the European Union. Outside the EU the destination country may charge import duty or local tax; that is paid by you on arrival and we cannot predict it.

Can I return a guide or a print?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, in the condition you received it. Inside the EU you also have the 14-day right of withdrawal. Write to hi@loudetudes.com first and we tell you where to send it. Full terms are in the refund policy.

How do I order a print?

Prints are made to order on semi-gloss paper, from A2 to A6. Pick the size on the print page and press Order a print, or write to hi@loudetudes.com with the title and size. We reply with the price and delivery time.

Do you work with shops and bookstores?

Yes. Write to hi@loudetudes.com with the name of your shop and the city, and we send the stockist terms.
